About the Role

If you are passionate about demand generation and tech startups, this is your dream position. The ideal candidate will have a burning desire - and track record - to improve marketing performance month over month and solid abilities to analyze, understand, and strategize.

You are creative, analytical, and a self-starter. You’ve successfully built a B2B inbound marketing engine before and have leveraged a combination of channels and tactics to grow a robust marketing funnel. You’ve previously been held accountable to a metric tied directly to business growth.

  • Lead efforts in demand generation, growth initiatives, conversion rate optimization, and SEO

  • Own the website and apply A/B testing to boost demand and conversion

  • Analyze all aspects of Instruqt’s conversion funnel, identify the most significant areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities

  • Increase Instruqt’s organic search visits and leads by 100% year over year

  • Define and develop email strategy with content, relevancy, smart segmentation, and personalization to drive awareness, improve engagement, and grow the pipeline

  • You listen to the customer and the data and have a test-and-learn mindset.

  • You are humble, can prioritize aggressively, and are eager to roll up your sleeves and build

Job requirements

The Profile

You have 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation at a SaaS company.

You have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

You are creative and like generating ideas that can have an exponential impact on growth

You have a strong track record in inbound marketing and driving organic growth

You have excellent copywriting skills and can design things well too

Experience with marketing automation (ideally HubSpot) and have a solid knowledge of HTML & CSS (knowledge of Webflow is a plus)

Data-driven with the ability to work towards key metrics, report on progress and results, and make necessary adjustments in strategy

You have grit; you don't mind rolling up your sleeves and tackling all tasks required to get the job done, and you enjoy working under pressure when necessary.

You’re a self-starter who embraces autonomy but thrives in a team

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study preferred
